Accessibility statement
We want this site to be usable by every operator who visits it, including people using assistive technology.
Draft — pending legal review
This page is a working draft prepared for internal review. It is not final legal language, has not been approved by counsel, and should not be relied upon until reviewed and published in final form.
Our approach
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working target. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time check.
What we have built for
- Semantic headings with a single page-level heading per page.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and decorative images marked as such.
- Strong text contrast against page and panel backgrounds.
- Interactive controls sized for comfortable touch use, at least 44 pixels tall.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menu, and links with visible focus styling.
- Readable line lengths and generous spacing on both phones and desktops.
- Layouts that avoid horizontal overflow at common viewport widths.
Known limitations
Video, embedded intake forms, and third-party tools are not fully finalized. When the video and intake form are added, we intend to include captions, a transcript, clear form labels, and error messaging that does not rely on color alone.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter something that blocks you from reading or using this site, please tell us through the contact page and describe the page and what happened. We will review reports and work to address them.
