Information we collect
When you submit an application or contact request, we collect the business and contact details you choose to provide, such as name, business name, trade, service area, role, email address, and phone number. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type, browser, referring page, and general location derived from IP address.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through this website, including health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers, precise geolocation, or biometric data. We do not request it and do not need it to evaluate fit.
How we use information
- To review applications and determine whether an engagement is a fit.
- To respond to inquiries and schedule introduction calls.
- To operate, measure, and improve advertising campaigns and landing pages.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Advertising and measurement
We use advertising and analytics technologies, which may include cookies, pixels, and conversion APIs provided by advertising platforms, to measure campaign performance and to show relevant advertising. Depending on configuration and your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws. See the cookie notice and privacy choices pages for controls.
We do not build audiences or campaign targeting around protected personal attributes, and we do not conduct discriminatory housing-related targeting.
Information from campaigns we operate for clients
When we build and operate acquisition systems for a home-service operator, homeowner inquiry information collected through those campaigns is handled on behalf of that operator, who determines how it is used for scheduling, estimates, and service delivery.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that support our operations, such as hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, scheduling, and customer relationship tooling, and with the relevant client operator where an inquiry was generated on their behalf. We may share information where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and for legitimate business and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling. Requests can be submitted through the contact page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date and a summary of material changes will be posted here when the final reviewed version is published.
